I’m Hannah.
I’m a Christian, wife, sister, daughter, best friend, coffee addict, social worker, amateur blogger, interior design lover, activist and advocate, book connoisseur, wannabe Tongan, photography enthusiast, volunteer/missionary… well, sort of.
I live in Sydney, Australia (where I was born) and am still trying to figure out where home is, having spent a good chunk of my life living elsewhere. Most recently that involved Tonga, where I was part of the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development Program and I also partnered with UnitingWorld experience.
As a social worker I’ve had experience working in community development, with aslyum seekers/refugees, in mental health and in social work education/supervision.
You can see a small example of my work here:

Hey Hannah, thanks for sharing. We are Australians living in Ethiopia. It is encouraging to ‘meet’ someone likeminded who are living outside their comfort zone, making a differnce. If you ever travel this way, we would be very interested in having you come and train/teach local social workers in the community in Bahir Dar. Thanks
